Before accessing and participating in our classes, please familiarize yourself with the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a smooth and productive learning experience for all participants.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Enrollment and Booking: a. There are two distinct types of classes available: the Master Classes and the Intensive-10 Classes. i. Master Classes run for the full year in 6-week blocks. ii. Intensive-10 Classes run in blocks of 10 weeks. b. Students have the option to book single classes or block book for the specified duration of each class type. c. Access to classes is granted upon completion of the booking process on the Bookwhen website. d. In exceptional situations, manual bookings can be arranged by contacting Simply Science.

2. Cancellations: a. Classes that have not been accessed can be canceled by contacting Simply Science. b. Classes that have already taken place and have been accessed cannot be canceled.

3. Class Recordings: a. All classes are recorded and made available to participants within 7 days of the class taking place. b. Participants who missed a specific recorded class can purchase access to the recording by contacting Simply Science.

4. Payment: a. Payment for classes and additional resources can be made online through designated payment methods. b. Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed by contacting Simply Science.

5. Intellectual Property: a. All materials provided by Simply Science, including session notes, revision notes, past paper bundles, presentations, and videos, are strictly for personal use by the students. b. Sharing or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct: a. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and appropriately during the online masterclasses, including chat features and discussions. b. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the classes.

7. Liability: a. Simply Science strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the materials or content. b. Simply Science will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the online masterclasses or associated materials.

8. Modifications and Termination: a. Simply Science reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the online masterclasses, in whole or in part, without prior notice. b. Participants will be informed of any significant changes or cancellations via email or other designated communication channels.
